وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ مِن قَبۡلِكَ وَبِٱلۡأَخِرَةِ هُمۡ يُوقِنُونَ (٤)
And who believe in that which is revealed unto you (Muhammad) and that which was revealed before you, and are certain of the Hereafter.

5	51	أُوْلَآئِكَ	those / (these) people
5	52	عَلَى	(Prep.)On, upon, above
5	53	هُدً۬ى	guidance
5	54	مُفْلِحُوْنَ	ap(active principle). Pl (plural). successful,

أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ عَلَىٰ هُدً۬ى مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ‌ۖ وَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ (٥)
These depend on guidance from their Lord. These are the successful.

6	55	إِنَّ	verily, certainly,undoubtedly, doubtless
6	56	كَفَرُوْا	they disbelieved, they rejected
6	57	سَوَآءٌ	equal, all the same
6	58	ءَ	whether (sign of interrogation)
6	59	أَنْذَرْتَهُم	you warned / frightened them
6	60	أَمْ	or
6	61	لَمْ	not
6	61(a)	تُنْذِرْهُم	you warn them
6	62	لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ	they do/will not believe

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ (٦)
As for the Disbelievers, Whether you warn them or you warn them not it is all one for them; they believe not.

Now let's start from Surah Baqarah(Cow).
We are going to learn first two ayahs. There are 14 new words. If you learn two words per day, you can finish it within one week.

These are words for (2:2)

2	30	ذالِكَ	- this, that
2	30(a)	الْكِتَابِ	- Book(Scripture)
2	31	لَا رَيْبَ	- no doubt, no suspicion
2	32	فِيْهِ	- (Preposition=Perp.) in this, in, at, on, within
2	33	مُتَّقِيْنَ	- those who ward off evil, pious, God-fearing

Now let's construct the complete meaning of the Ayah.

ذَٲلِكَ ٱلۡڪِتَـٰبُ لَا رَيۡبَ‌ۛ فِيهِ‌ۛ هُدً۬ى لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
This is the Book(Scripture) within there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil).

These are words for (2:3)

3	35	غَيْبُ	- unseen, secret, invisible
3	36	وَ	- and
3	37	يُقِيْمُوْنَ	- they establish, they are steadfast

3	39	مِمّاَ	(Prep. )of that, from that
3	40	رَزَقْنَا	- We have provided, bestowed
3	41	نَا	- (Plurals=Pl.) We, Us, Our
3	42	هُمْ	- (Pl.)them, they, their
3	43	يُنْفِقُوْنَ	- they spend / distribute

Now let's construct the complete meaning of the Ayah.

ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنَـٰهُمۡ يُنفِقُونَ (٣
Who believe in the Unseen, and establish worship, and spend of that We have bestowed upon them;

SOME IMPORTANT CONTENTS OF SURAH Al-FAATIHA
1. AL-FAATIHA [The Opening] (Rukus-1; Verses-7)
1. Supplication to Allah for guidance taught by Allah Himself.

SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION from Tafsir Ibn Kathir (Vol 1 pg 41-50)
1. This surah is known as 'Umm Al-Kitab' - The mother of the book , because the Quran & the prayer start with it. It is also called Umm Al- Kitab because it contains the meanings of the entire Quran.
2. It is also called Al-Hamd and As-Salâh.
3. It was called Salâh because reciting it is a condition for the correctness of Salâh-the prayer. Reciting Al-Fatihah is required in every Rak'ah of the prayer.
4. It was also called Ash-Shifâ (the Cure)
5. It is called Ar-Ruqyah (remedy)
6. It is the greatest Surah in the Quran
7. Allah has never revealed in Tawrah(Torah), the Injil(Gospel), Zabur(Psalms) or Furqân(Qurân) a surah like this.
8. It is also called seven repeated verses.
